Quality Policy

TBP CHEMICAL EHS POLICY 

“All types of unsaturated polyester resin, vinyl ester resin, gelcoat, pigment paste, SMC/BMC Paste, and Products Made from Glass Fiber-Reinforced Polyester” operates within the scope of the design, production, sale, and chemical sales of these products. To maximize the integrated management system in a manner consistent with the organization’s purpose and context and to support its strategic direction, our company has established the following policy:

As TBP KİMYASAL, our approach to QUALITY is founded on:

• Customer satisfaction, product quality, technological advancement, training, team spirit, environmental awareness, and continuous improvement.

• We make every effort to always prioritize product quality and reliability. We monitor technological advancements to improve factors affecting product quality and incorporate them into our system. We conduct studies aimed at increasing production capacity and product variety by tracking new technologies that enhance production capabilities.

• We identify and implement product features that will satisfy our customers, whom we view as the reason for our existence. For this reason, we perceive and implement training as the foundation of product quality levels and continuity. All employees in our company strive to fulfill their duties with a sense of team spirit and sensitivity.

• We set annual goals and adapt to the system’s requirements to achieve them, ensuring their continuity. 

As TBP KİMYASAL, regarding the ENVIRONMENT,

• Protecting the quality of life for our employees, customers, and all living beings, preventing pollution, and protecting the environment are among our primary objectives. In this regard,

• Subject to compliance with the legal and other requirements to which we are bound;

• Ensuring the most efficient use of energy and natural resources,

• Support recycling and revaluation activities to reduce waste volume,

• Prioritize efforts to reduce the use of harmful substances in product design and production processes and develop products with lower pollutant characteristics,

• Provide employees with the necessary support to carry out all these activities and collaborate with competent universities,

• Are key elements of our environmental policy.

• Our use of a system that prevents pollution at its source—by incinerating liquid waste from production using a Thermal Oxidizer—to control negative environmental impacts is a clear demonstration of this.

As TBP KİMYASAL, regarding Occupational Safety and Health (OSH),

 

• Protecting the individual health of our employees, ensuring healthy working conditions and environments, fostering employee participation, soliciting their input, and promoting continuous improvement are among our primary objectives.

• Identifying factors that could lead to workplace accidents and occupational diseases, assessing risks, establishing procedures and processes to implement necessary precautions, and completely eliminating hazards are among our primary objectives.

• TBP ensures a safe and secure work environment while performing its duties or representing TBP in any other capacity.

• All employees are responsible for acting in accordance with company policy and preventing incidents that could negatively impact human health or the environment.

• Subject to compliance with the legal and other requirements to which we are bound;

 

As TBP KİMYASAL, regarding Business Ethics,

• While performing their duties for TBP and its business units, or while representing TBP in any other capacity, all employees will comply with all Boytek policies and procedures, act in a professional manner, and adhere to all ethical standards as responsible members of the community.

• TBP and its business units are committed to creating a work environment where people are treated with respect while performing their duties or representing TBP in any other capacity. Equality and fairness in all our activities, transactions, and relationships are our core and indispensable values. We treat one another fairly and respectfully; we do not engage in discriminatory behavior based on religion, language, race, gender, or similar characteristics.
